In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast and white sugar.

Leave it to brew for 10 minutes covered.

Add an egg, vanilla, soft butter and mix well.

Add flour, a pinch of salt and knead the dough well.

Leave it to brew for another half an hour covered.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

Grease the dough with butter.

In a bowl, mix cocoa, cinnamon, white sugar, Nescafe and spread this mixture on the dough.

Cut the dough into wide strips and roll them attached to each other.

Add the Cinnabon to a greased oven tray.

Cover it and leave it to brew for half an hour.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius in the middle shelf .

Add whipping cream then bake it for another 10 minutes.

Create the topping by mixing in a bowl creamy cheese, soft butter and icing sugar.

Add the topping to the Cinnabon.
