Instructions
In a hot pot, add olive oil, add the beef and let it cook till it changes color.
Add minced onions and let them cook.
In a food processor, add parsley, coriander, garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric, ginger and olive oil.
Add water to the pot and the prepared mixture.
Cover the beef with water and let it cook for an hour.
In a pot, add oil, basmati rice, saffron, salt and water.
In a pan, add prunes, apricots, water, sugar and orange blossom water.
