Instructions
- In a hot pot, add olive oil, add the beef and let it cook till it changes color.
- Add minced onions and let them cook.
- In a food processor, add parsley, coriander, garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric, ginger and olive oil.
- Add water to the pot and the prepared mixture.
- Cover the beef with water and let it cook for an hour.
- In a pot, add oil, basmati rice, saffron, salt and water.
- In a pan, add prunes, apricots, water, sugar and orange blossom water.
