In a pot, add oil, butter cubes, chopped white onion, green onion, garlic and let them sauté.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes.

Season with fresh ground cumin, ground coriander, ground black pepper, paprika, chicken broth, vegetable broth, rinsed and drained lentils and tomatoes.

Add boiling water and cover the pot for 40 minutes on low heat.

Season the toast cubes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and roast them in the oven or air fryer.

Blend the lentil soup with a hand blender.

In a pan, add butter, garlic cloves, cumin, coriander, black pepper and add it to the lentil pot.
