Instructions

Dough

  1. In a bowl , mix flour , corn flour , milk powder , yeast , sugar , oil and water.
  2. Cover the mixture and let it ferment.
  3. Make the dough in the shape of balls ( watch video for technique).
  4. Deep fry.

Chocolate Dip

  1. In a bowl , mix Nutella and cream.

Pistachios Dip

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pistachio and sharbat.

Sugar Powder Dip

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar powder, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar syrup شربات.
