White Sauce Pasta (Without Cream)

Instructions

  1. Brings 2 cups, mix milk & cornstarch in each cup
  2. Mince onion & garlic
  3. In a pan, add butter then onion and garlic (optional: and red chili flakes for extra flavor)
  4. Add the milk then add all the spices
  5. Add cooking cream and stock cube then mozzarella cheese
  6. Stir on low heat until sauce thickens
  7. Add the cooked pasta & 1/2 a cup of pasta water
