Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Divide the strawberries in half if they are a little big.
In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey, put them on the strawberries, mix them well together.
Transfer the strawberries to an oven tray then bake for 45 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, transfer it to a bowl, and put it in the refrigerator to cool completely.
In a chopper, put the cheese, olive oil, and black pepper and whisk it well until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
In the serving dish, put the cheese and the strawberries on its side, and a sprinkle of thyme and pistachios, and dip in with toasted bread.
