  1. Cook lentils
  2. In a pan, add oil & chopped onions
  3. In a chopper, add strained lentils, onion, coriander, breadcrumbs, kofta mix
  4. Turn the mixture into balls using your hand
  5. In a pan, on medium heat, add oil and cook the lentil balls then remove from the pan
  6. In the same pan, add oil, tomato paste and strained tomato juice
  7. Season with salt, pepper & beef stock cube then add water and let it simmer
  8. After 5 minutes, add the lentil kofta and gently mix
