  1. In cooking pan Sauté the onion, garlic, eggplant, zucchini, hot pepper, bell pepper, boiled meat, and meat broth together.
  2. Cook them until mixture is tender and well combined.
  3. Transfer the sautéed mixture to a tagine.
  4. Place the tagine in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. After baking the tagine, remove it from the oven.
  6. Take the fermented dough and carefully place it on top of the cooked mixture in the casserole. .
  7. Pour milk over the dough, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.
  8. Sprinkle sesame on top of the dough.
  9. Place the tagine back in the oven and bake until the dough is golden brown.
