  1. Brown the Meat: Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a large pot. Add the beef in batches (don't overcrowd the pot) and brown them well.
  2. Add Vegetables: Once the meat is browned, add the chopped carrots, onions, and tomatoes. Stir them well to coat the meat and vegetables with the ghee.
  3. Add Spices: Add the ginger, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. You can also add cardamom and bay leaves if desired. Stir everything together.
  4. Add Water: Pour in enough hot water to fully cover the meat. Stir gently and adjust the salt.
  5. Simmer: Lower the heat to its lowest setting, cover the pot, and let it simmer for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve: Once the meat is tender and the broth is flavorful, serve the soup hot. Enjoy the richness of the flavors!
