Tajin Okra with Oxtail (Akkawi)

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil & butter then pan sear the oxtail. Add all the onion then the garlic and stir. Add all the spices and mix well.
- Add water, cover the pan and cook on low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- When cooked, add tomato juice/ puree and let it simmer.
- Add the okra and stir.
- Transfer the okra and oxtail to a tajin/casserole and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
- The Tasha: In a pan, add ghee and pan fry the garlic until colored then add the coriander.
- Add the tasha on top and enjoy.
