Tajin Okra with Oxtail (Akkawi)

Instructions
In a pan, add oil & butter then pan sear the oxtail. Add all the onion then the garlic and stir. Add all the spices and mix well.
Add water, cover the pan and cook on low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
When cooked, add tomato juice/ puree and let it simmer.
Add the okra and stir.
Transfer the okra and oxtail to a tajin/casserole and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
The Tasha: In a pan, add ghee and pan fry the garlic until colored then add the coriander.
Add the tasha on top and enjoy.
