  1. Brush the baking tray or Tagine with butter then add rice, onions, chicken, 1 tbsp clotted cream, butter, salt and pepper
  2. Add the broth, milk, cream and clotted cream on top
  3. Bake in the oven 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes - 1 hour
