  1. Cover sweet potato in parchment paper & foil. Grill in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Peel the sweet potato and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Add butter (if sweet potato is not hot, melt the butter before adding it.)
  4. Prepare the muhalabiya: In a pan, add milk, cream and cornstarch and mix well.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir until you reach the right texture.
  6. Add the muhlabiya on top of the sweet potato and
  7. Garnish with nuts of your choice and toffee sauce.
