  1. Boil & mash the sweet potatoes
  2. Add melted butter, brown sugar, milk, egg, vanilla & cream to the mashed sweet potatoes
  3. Pore the sweet potatoes mix into baking dish/ pyrex
  4. Mix all toppings ingredients together; brown sugar, butter, flour, chopped nuts and cinnamon
  5. Sprinkle the toppings on top of the sweet potatoes
  6. Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 30 - 35 minutes
  7. Add lotus spread on top and enjoy!
