Sweet and Spicy Indo-Chinese Chili Chicken

- Mix chicken cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic, vinegar, oil, egg, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the water-cornstarch mixture to the pan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Add the fried chicken back into the sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Toss cooked noodles into the sauce for a complete meal.
- Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds and serve hot.
