Season shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Beat an egg and dip shrimp in it.

Coat the shrimp with flour, then dip back into the egg mixture.

Coat it again with flour and fry in hot oil until golden. Remove and set aside.

For the sauce, mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and pineapple syrup until smooth.

Heat a tablespoon of oil, sauté minced garlic, and add chopped bell peppers.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.

Add the fried shrimp to the sauce and stir to combine. Remove shrimp, leaving a bit of sauce in the pan.

Add chopped pineapple (optional) to the sauce and mix.

Toss cooked spaghetti or noodles in the remaining sauce and add soy sauce.

Serve the noodles on a plate, top with shrimp, and garnish with sesame seeds.
