Instructions

  1. Grate one onion then add the knorr spices and mix well.
  2. Stuff the pigeon with the spiced onion.
  3. In a pot, add ghee then add the liver and gizzards.
  4. Add diced onion and rice and stir well. Add arabian spices, mix well, then set aside.
  5. Stuff the pigeon with the rice. Make sure you stuff the inside, under the skin and the throat.
  6. In a pot, add water then onion, celery, parsley, carrots and black peppercorns. Add the stuffed pigeon until cooked.
  7. Fry the pigeon in frying oil and a tablespoon of ghee.
