Instructions
In a bowl, add water, milk, sugar & yeast. Mix well, cover and set aside.
In a bowl, add the flour, oil, pinch of salt and the yeast mixture prepared.
Start kneading for 10 minutes (add more flour if needed). Cover and set aside to rise for 40 minutes.
In a bowl, mix molasses with water. Prepare another bowl with roasted sesame.
Cut the dough into medium sized balls (you control the size).
Spread each dough ball, add the stuffing (whatever you prefer) and close to form the pie rolls (watch video for technique).
Dip the pies in the water-molasses mixture then in the sesame.
Line an oven tray with parchment paper, add the rolls and let them rest for 15 minutes before baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius until it gets a golden color from the bottom. Then turn on the broiler until also golden from top.
When taken out of the oven, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
