  1. Place the steaks on an ungreased hot grill pan, and flip to make the grilling marks on both sides.
  2. Add butter, oil, garlic cloves, and rosemary sprigs.
  3. Cook the steaks until done. Remove from heat.
  4. In the same pan, add butter, onion, garlic, and minced liver.
  5. Stir, and when the liver starts to cook add salt, pepper, mustard seeds, and thyme.
  6. Stir again, then add parsley and double cream. Simmer for minutes and turn off the heat.
  7. Serve the sauce over the steak.
