Steak with Mashed Potatoes with Herb Salsa

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place them in a pot with cold water and salt and leave them to boil.
In another pot, add cooking cream, rosemary and whole garlic. Stir and leave on low heat.
Mash the potatoes. Add butter and salt and stir. Add the cooking cream and mix well.
Prep steak at room temperature – season well with salt, pepper and olive oil on both sides.
Add seasoned steak to a hot pan, add butter, rosemary and cloves of garlic to the pan, and cook as desired.
For the sauce, add parsley, basil and minced garlic in a bowl. Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, chili powder, a dash of salt and pepper and olive oil. Mix well.
Place mashed potatoes on an empty plate, cut steak into slices and place on top of the mashed potatoes, and top with the herbs sauce.
