Salad Preparation

  1. Season the ribeye with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. In a pan, cook the ribeye on very high heat .
  3. Add to the pan butter, sweetcorn , mushrooms and cherry tomatoes , and let them cook all together.
  4. After the steak reaches the perfect degree of doneness, remove it from the pan and put it in a plate to rest.
  5. Season the veggies with salt and pepper .
  6. In the serving plate, add lettuce, arugula, all the ingredients left in the pan and nuts.
  7. Cut the steak and add it to the serving plate .

Dressing

  1. In a bowl ,mix the Thousand Island(Dry dressing), water and oil or mayonnaise.
  2. Add the dressing to the salad.
