Spicy Mebakbaka with Beef

In a big pan, add olive oil then add the diced onions and stir.

Add the beef cubes and stir. Season with black pepper, turmeric and 7 spices.

Add stock cube, the diced green pepper and whole green pepper.

Dissolve salsa in tomato pure/juice and add to the pan. Add water to make it thinner.

Lower the heat and cover the pan to allow the beef to cook. It will take 1 hour.

Add the uncooked pasta (add water if needed) and let it cook for around 7 minutes.
