Instructions
Marinate the chicken with marination ingredients. Leave in the marination for 30 minutes.
Chop potatoes, season with salt & pepper then air fry.
Grill the chicken on high heat then lower the heat for 5 minutes.
Prepare the garlic dip (Tumeya) by mixing the water with cornstarch on heat until they form a thick texture then let it cool and add the rest of the sauce ingredients.
Make the sandwich then grill on both sides.
