Shish Taouk in the Air Fryer

  1. Chop veggies, I used bell peppers (green, red & yellow) and white onion
  2. Soak the wooden sticks in water while you marinate the chicken
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together to prepare the marination. Add the chicken cubes and leave in the marination for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the shish tawook with the marinated chicken and chopped veggies of your choice
  5. Spray oil and cook in air fryer at 200 degrees for 13-15 minutes. When it's half way through, flip and spray oil again.
