Instructions
- In a large pan over the stove, put the olive oil to heat before adding the garlic/pepper/onion/fennel and paprika and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add the broth and let the mixture boil for 5 minutes before adding the calamari and cooking it for 2-3 minutes
- Now add the fish and after 2 minutes add the shrimp and half the amount of parsley
- Add the clams and mussels and continue cooking over medium heat for 10 minutes
- Squeeze a lemon and decorate with the rest of the parsley
- Served with slices of bread, brushed with garlic and olive oil, and lightly fried to a reddish-golden color
