In a pot over high heat, add the Sausage and let it brown and release its fats for 3-4 minutes.
Add the Onion and sauté them together for two minutes.
Add the Bell Pepper and Garlic, give them another stir, and then add the Pasta. Mix everything together for two minutes.
Pour in the Tomato Paste and Tomato Juice (Puree), then add all the Spices. Let them simmer together for two minutes to allow the tomatoes and spices to toast.
Add the Boiling Water and Hot Chili Pepper. Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes until the Pasta is done. You can open and stir it halfway through to prevent sticking.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the fresh Cilantro. Serve immediately.
