Take a block of white cheese (any preferred type) and divide it into four parts, each part in a separate bowl.

Add to the first part, dried mint. Mix well.

Add to the second part, diced olives and fresh thyme. Mix well.

Add to the third part, mozzarella cheese and black seeds. Mix well.

In a frying pan, heat some olive oil, add the chopped onions and stir well. Add the fresh spinach leaves and stir until the spinach is cooked. Add them to the fourth part of white cheese. Mix well.

In a small bowl, prepare the starch mixture to seal the samosa after wrapping it. Wrap the unused samosa dough in a slightly damp cloth so that the dough does not dry out until used.

Roll the samosa pieces to your desired shape. It can be stored in the freezer or fried in hot oil and they are ready to be served.
