Instructions
Get a whole chicken without wings and gently separate the skin from the meat of the chicken, being careful not to tear the skin.
In a bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken spices, pepper, chicken broth and white honey to create a butter sauce.
Stuff the inside of the chicken with slices of orange, lemon, and the remaining rosemary and thyme sticks.
Stuff the butter mixture under the skin of the chicken, spreading it evenly over the breast and thighs.
Rub the outside of the chicken with a little more butter and orange sauce.
Roast the chicken in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for an hour, cover it with butter paper and foil, make simple holes in it with a knife, then remove the foil and turn on the grill until it takes on a nice color.
