Roasted Stuffed Pepper محشي فلفل

In a pan, add ghee and butter then the minced onion.

Add the spices, 1 tablespoon salsa, sweet pepper molasses (optional), tomato juice, pinch of sugar and lemon salt.

Add the chopped greens then the uncooked rice, pomegranate molasses and salt to taste.

Stuff the green bell peppers and arrange in an oven tray. Mix 1 spoon salsa with 2-3 cups of stock and add to the tray.

Cover and roast in the oven for 45 minutes
