  1. Brush red bell peppers with olive oil.
  2. Grill in the air-fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Make sure to flip the red peppers every 5 minutes.
  3. Let them chill then cut them open, soak them from any liquids and remove the seeds.
  4. Blend them in the food processor or blender.
  5. Transfer to a jar and add olive oil. Use as a dip, spread or sauce.
