Instructions
- In a pan, add ghee then add the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper and cardamom.
- In a chopper, add the tomatoes, garlic, onion and bell pepper and season with salt, pepper and 7 spices. Chop well.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the chicken then add oil.
- Add water (preferably boiling water). Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Then cover and let it cook for around 40 minutes.
- Put in oven and turn on broiler for extra color.
