Instructions

  1. In a pan, add ghee then add the chicken.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and cardamom.
  3. In a chopper, add the tomatoes, garlic, onion and bell pepper and season with salt, pepper and 7 spices. Chop well.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables to the chicken then add oil.
  5. Add water (preferably boiling water). Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Then cover and let it cook for around 40 minutes.
  7. Put in oven and turn on broiler for extra color.
