  1. In a bowl, add the cubed onions, salt and pepper. Toss well with your hands, evenly coating all the onions with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes, carrots and the seven spices to the dish. Toss again with your hands, so that all the vegetables are coated with the spices
  3. Add the steak, the minced garlic and the olive oil and mix again. Finally add the tomato sauce and the cubed tomatoes and give it a final mix.
  4. In a baking dish lined with 2 layers of aluminum foil and 2 layers of parchment paper, add the meat and vegetables mix. Tightly wrap the parchment paper and the foil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 90 minutes. Serve with white rice with vermicelli.
