Rice with Vermicelli

Instructions
In a pan, add ghee and oil.
Add the vermicelli and mastic and stir well until vermicelli is fried.
Add rice and stir well to make sure rice is fully coated.
Add boiling broth or boiling water, cover a thumbnail above the rice level.
Season with salt & pepper.
When water is slightly absorbed, cover the pan and lower the heat.
