  1. Cut the carrot into cubes and boil it
  2. In a mixing bowel add the boiled carrot over the rice
  3. Add the parsley and the corn
  4. Add flour, onion and garlic powder
  5. Add salt and paprika
  6. Add the soda water and the egg
  7. Mix all ingredients together well
  8. Shape it on a spoon and deep fry it in a preheated oil.
