In a beram , mix the rinsed rice , qeshta , ghee and salt very well by your hand .

Add to them nutmeg, meat spices, milk and beef stock.

Mix them and let them soak for 1 hour .

In a pot on very high heat, fry the meat cubes with the chopped onion , garlic and meat spices till it takes color.

Add water to the pot and cover the pot and let the meat stew for an hour or hour and a half .

Take the meat cubes and put them in the bottom of the rice beram.

Preheat the oven on maximum temperature.

Put the beram in the oven.

Cook on maximum heat till milk starts to boil (approximately 10 minutes) then reduce temperature to 200 degrees and cook till golden brown (approximately 30 minutes - depends on oven).
