  1. Soak the rice paper in water for 30 seconds until soft.
  2. Spread the rice paper then add cooked noodles (seasoned with salt & pepper) then sliced bell pepper & red cabbage. Close a part of the wrap.
  3. Add grilled shrimps (seasoned with salt & pepper) then wrap again (watch video for technique).
  4. In a bowl, prepare the dip, by mixing crushed peanuts with minced garlic, sweet & sour sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, salt & pepper. (honey optional).
