Instructions

  1. Marinade steak with salt, pepper & olive oil from sides
  2. In a hot grill or pan, add olive oil and grill steak for 3 minutes on each side
  3. Add butter, rosemary and whole garlic cloves
  4. Use a spoon to add the melted butter to the steak
  5. In another pan, add butter then minced garlic and sliced mushrooms
  6. Add steak melted butter to the mushrooms then season with salt & pepper and stir well
  7. Serve with sauté and mushrooms
