Marinade steak with salt, pepper & olive oil from sides

In a hot grill or pan, add olive oil and grill steak for 3 minutes on each side

Add butter, rosemary and whole garlic cloves
-
Use a spoon to add the melted butter to the steak

In another pan, add butter then minced garlic and sliced mushrooms
-
Add steak melted butter to the mushrooms then season with salt & pepper and stir well
-
Serve with sauté and mushrooms
