Instructions
Chop veggies into slices like in the video.
In a pot, add water and vinegar.
Add coriander seeds, whole black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, curry powder, and salt to taste.
Let the mixture come to a boil.
Once boiling, add the carrots, cucumber, cauliflower, and hot peppers in stages: Carrots & cucumber for 5 minutes, Cauliflower for 10 minutes, Hot peppers for 5 minutes
After each stage, remove the vegetables and let them cool completely.
Once cooled, place them in a container and add garlic and celery.
Pour the cooled brine, in which the vegetables were cooked, over them.
Add lemon slices on top of the cooked vegetables.
