Puffed Samosa

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, starch, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add the warm ghee, oil, and mix well.
  3. Add the lukewarm water and mix by your hand till it turns into a dough.
  4. Cover the dough and le it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Using flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to be 1 centimeter thick.
  6. Divide the dough into circles.
  7. Roll out each circle and stuff with minced meat or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Brush the edges of the circle with water and close it well with a fork.
  9. Fry them till they get the golden color.
  10. Storing: put them in a tray separate from each other and cover them with a plastic bag for 2 hours in the freezer, then put them in storing packets and store them in the freezer.
