Instructions
In a hot pan, add the minced meat and stir it till it change color.
When the meat turns brown, add minced onion, grated tomatoes, salt, black pepper, tomato paste and mix well.
Cover the pan with its lid and leave it cook on low heat.
Grease an oven tray with oil and add a layer of thinly sliced potatoes.
Brush the potatoes layer with oil then add another layer of potatoes. (Repeat the process once again with the third layer).
Add the minced meat.
Add three more layers of potatoes and brush each layer with oil.
Bake it in a hot oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius in the middle shelf.
Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese/Béchamel.
Decorate it with cherry tomatoes/ coriander/ parsley.
Bake it in the oven under the grill till the cheese melts.
