Instructions

Boil the Potatoes

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into big chunks and boil them until fully cooked
    Add salt to the boiling water
  2. Remove water from pan, and stir the potatoes to make sure there is no water residue
  3. Mash the potatoes, add the spices (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & paprika) then make them into balls using your hand
  4. Put the potatoe balls in the fridge to chill

Prepare the Breading

  1. Prepare 3 bowls; whisked egg, breadcrumbs with salt & pepper, and flour
  2. Dip the potato balls in each bowl; flour then egg then panko breadcrumbs
  3. Put in the freezer for a while

Frying

  1. Deep fry the potato balls until gold

Thousand Island Sauce

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together; mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, onion & pickles
