Instructions

  1. In a pan, add olive oil/ oil/butter/ghee, sliced chicken breast and leave it to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Set the cooked chicken aside.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil, sliced onion and stir.
  4. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute till the onion and garlic change their color.
  5. Add the cooked chicken breasts, sliced bell peppers, grated carrot (and any desired vegetable) and mix them well.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and seven spices.
  7. On low heat, let it cook for 5 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, mash boiled and peeled potato with butter, milk, salt and black pepper.
  9. Let the mashed potato chill.
  10. In a pot, mix milk, cooking cream, creamy cheese, pinch of salt and black pepper.
  11. Let it boil then turn off the heat.
  12. In a pyrex, add the chicken as a first layer (add mozzarella cheese (optional)) .
  13. Shape the mashed potato into balls and align them on top of the chicken.
  14. Pour the cream in the pot on it.
  15. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it.
  16. Bake it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
  17. Then turn off the flame and open the grill to let it take color.
