Instructions

Cook the Pasta in a pot with boiling water and Salt until it's 75% done. Drain it and set it aside.

In a deep skillet on high heat, add Olive Oil and Mushroom. Sauté until the mushrooms develop color, then add Garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add the Tomato Puree along with the Spices and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the Cream, mix, and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the boiled Pasta and a sprinkle of Parmesan, mix well, and turn off the heat. The mixture should be very saucy and thin at this point.

Place a large piece of foil overhanging on a baking tray or Pyrex and transfer the Pasta into it.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella on the pasta. Seal the foil edges together like a pyramid, making sure the foil doesn't touch the pasta surface.

Place it in a hot oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the Cheese melts. Serve right away.
