Begin by preparing the dough: Mix the yeast and sugar with warm water and salt.

Gradually add the flour and knead the dough well until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Add the butter in small cubes and continue kneading the dough until fully incorporated.

Cover the dough and let it rest to rise for one hour.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.

Cut the rectangle into equal triangles.

Fill the triangles with chocolate or your preferred filling, then roll them up into croissant shapes.

Prepare a mixture of egg and instant coffee, and brush the pastries with this mixture.

Sprinkle any desired toppings on the pastries.

Add a spoonful of flour to the bag.

Place the pastries into a thermal bag.

Put the bag with the pastries into a preheated oven at 180°C.
