Cut the oranges in half and carefully scoop out the flesh using a spoon, leaving the outer peel intact. Set the orange peels aside to use as serving cups.

In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Stir well over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add in the orange juice and milk and continue stirring.

Add a bit of orange zest for an extra citrusy flavor. Dissolve the remaining milk in cornflour, and slowly add it to the mixture, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Pour the creamy mixture into the hollowed-out orange peels. Place them in the refrigerator until set.
