Okra with Meat Casserole بامية باللحمة

- In a pot, melt the ghee over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the meat cubes, season with salt and black pepper, and brown the meat until it gets a nice golden color.
- Stir in tomato sauce and continue to sauté the meat. Add water and a bay leaf, lower the heat, and let the meat cook slowly until tender.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the okra. Optionally, you can sauté the okra separately before adding it to the pot.
- Pour in enough tomato sauce to cover the okra, season with spices, paprika, cumin, and the bouillon cube. Stir well to combine.
- Lower the heat and let the okra cook until fully tender.
- Transfer the cooked okra and meat to a small casserole dish. Place ghee on top and broil it in the oven until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious okra with meat casserole.
