Instructions
Prepare the Ground Beef Sauce:

In a pot, heat olive oil with mastic pieces and cardamom pods.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in the chopped onions and sauté until softened.

Add tomatoes, tomato juice, chicken bouillon, coriander, black pepper, paprika, seven spices, and salt.

Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Sauté the Okra:

In a separate pan, melt butter with oil.

Add minced garlic and okra, stirring until slightly golden.

Add dried and fresh coriander, mixing thoroughly.
Assemble the Casserole:

Transfer the beef sauce into a baking dish or clay casserole.

Layer the sautéed okra on top.

Pour boiling water into the dish, ensuring everything is submerged.
Bake the Casserole:

Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Add the Final Touch:

Remove the casserole from the oven and prepare the garlic butter topping.

Heat oil and garlic in a pan, then add dried coriander and fresh coriander. Pour this mix over the baked casserole.

Garnish with lemon slices and more fresh coriander.
