  1. Prep: Boil potatoes and chop into cubes. Boil eggs. Slice radish & cucumber into thin slices (like in video). Chop beetroot into cubes
  2. Tuna: Fry tuna steak on all sides for 30 seconds then chop into medium cubes
  3. Dressing: In a blender, add all dressing ingredients together and blend until smooth
  4. Assembling: In a salad bowl, add the lettuce in the bottom, then top it with tuna on the side then all the other ingredients
