Pasta Cooking
- Boil pasta until almost cooked.
Chicken Cooking
- In a bowl, add the breast cubes and add salt, pepper, paprika, chicken spices and onion powder.
- In a frying pan, add butter and oil.
- Add marinated chicken and stir till colour change then add onions and bell peppers
- Stir and mix for 3 mins and turn off stove the leave to cool.
Bechamel
- In a cooking pot add butter, oil, ghee and flour
- Stir for 2 minutes and add cold milk.
- Add salt and peeper and stir till thickened.
- Optional to add cooking cream or mozzarella
- Add pasta simmering water and stir well.
- Add chicken on the bechamel, also black olives , pasta and mix well.
- Add the pasta in any tray and on the surface add mozzarella and roomy cheese.
- Pre heat the oven on 220 C and bake the tray for 10-15 mins max till cheese melts. Then turn off heat and turn on the broiler.
