Pasta Cooking

  1. Boil pasta until almost cooked.

Chicken Cooking

  1. In a bowl, add the breast cubes and add salt, pepper, paprika, chicken spices and onion powder.
  2. In a frying pan, add butter and oil.
  3. Add marinated chicken and stir till colour change then add onions and bell peppers
  4. Stir and mix for 3 mins and turn off stove the leave to cool.

Bechamel

  1. In a cooking pot add butter, oil, ghee and flour
  2. Stir for 2 minutes and add cold milk.
  3. Add salt and peeper and stir till thickened.
  4. Optional to add cooking cream or mozzarella
  5. Add pasta simmering water and stir well.
  6. Add chicken on the bechamel, also black olives , pasta and mix well.
  7. Add the pasta in any tray and on the surface add mozzarella and roomy cheese.
  8. Pre heat the oven on 220 C and bake the tray for 10-15 mins max till cheese melts. Then turn off heat and turn on the broiler.
