In a processor, mix together softened butter/ ghee and powdered sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one by one and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
Stir in ammonia and warm milk until well combined and getting foam on top then add it to mixture.
Now, add flour and baking powder to the mixture and combine all.
Shape the dough into biscuits using your preferred method (e.g., piping bag with star tip).
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in 180C oven till base is golden brown then turn on the grill.
