In the kneader or in a mixing bowl, put the flour with all the dry ingredients, then add the butter and oil and mix well

Then add the vinegar and blossom water and continue kneading until the dough is formed in the form of a ball. It is left to rest for an hour before frying.

Cut the dough into 4 parts and roll out part by part (same thickness as pasta)

(Very thin) Then we cut it with a knife into rectangles

We cut long pieces inside the rectangle (5 pieces) without cutting the ends. We insert our fingers between the slits and stick the upper and lower ends, then fry in very hot oil for 2-3 minutes

We take out the fried pieces from the oil and filter/strain them, then put them in thick syrup. Put in the serving dish, and sprinkle them with roasted sesame and serve
